Health Is Wealth Enterprises, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), doing business as The Great Physician Cancer Coaching, thanks you for visiting the online and mobile resources we publish, including www.thegreatphysician.health (collectively, the “Website” or “Services”).

We use the words “you” and “your” to mean you, the reader, and other visitors to our Website and Services who are, in all cases, over the age of 13 (and for certain features or purchases, over the age of 18). This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) informs you about: from whom and the types of personal information we collect; how we use it; who we share it with and why; and what we do to protect it.

Online and mobile resources mean websites, landing pages, webinar registration pages, order pages, forms, email/SMS communications, and other internet features we own or control that allow you to interact with our Services, as well as apps or third-party platforms we use to deliver content.

The categories collected and how we use them can differ by group. Most of this Policy addresses information collected from Website visitors, webinar registrants, subscribers, and customers.

We do not use Sensitive Personal Information to infer characteristics for ad targeting and we do not sell Sensitive Personal Information.

Because our audience may include individuals impacted by cancer, you might choose to share health-related information through:

Important: Please avoid submitting highly sensitive medical data unless necessary for the services you are requesting. When you do provide it, we treat it as sensitive and restrict access internally to those who need it to provide support.


HIPAA CLARIFICATION

We are not a HIPAA Covered Entity or Business Associate for most Website interactions.
The Website, webinars, general educational materials, and coaching services are typically not provided by a HIPAA-covered entity and do not operate as a HIPAA-covered medical practice. As a result, information you submit through our Website may not be treated as “Protected Health Information” (“PHI”) under HIPAA.

This means:

Do not submit medical records, diagnostic reports, or highly sensitive clinical details through general web forms or email unless specifically requested and necessary.

We will still take reasonable steps to safeguard information you share, but HIPAA rules may not apply to our Services.

If you become a coaching client and you share health-related context as part of coaching support, we will handle it with heightened care and limit internal access, but that does not automatically make the information HIPAA-protected PHI.

We may use third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers. Payment processors handle payment information under their own privacy policies and applicable security standards (e.g., PCI-DSS).

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
